Data Deletion

You can delete your Dramax account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Dramax on your Android device.
  2. Go to ProfileSettings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

The in-app flow is the fastest path because we can authenticate your identity automatically via your active session, so we can process the request immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, send us a message and we’ll handle the request manually:

What is deleted

When we process your deletion request, we remove or anonymize your personally identifiable data, including:

What is retained and why

A small subset of data is kept in anonymized form — it can no longer be linked back to you — because we are legally required to retain it, or because it is needed for fraud prevention, financial audits and service security. This typically includes:

These records do not contain your name, email, Google ID, device ID or any other direct identifier.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt, as required by applicable data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA and equivalent frameworks). In-app deletions are usually completed within minutes.
