How to request deletion
Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended)
- Open Dramax on your Android device.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The in-app flow is the fastest path because we can authenticate your identity automatically via your active session, so we can process the request immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access the app, send us a message and we’ll handle the request manually:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The email address or Google account used to sign in to Dramax, or
- The device ID shown in the app (Profile → Settings → About) if you were using guest mode.
- A short confirmation: “I request deletion of my Dramax account and associated personal data.”
What is deleted
When we process your deletion request, we remove or anonymize your personally identifiable data, including:
- Your email address, Google account identifier and device identifier.
- Your profile name, avatar and preferences.
- Your watch history, favourites and check-in streaks tied to your personal identity.
What is retained and why
A small subset of data is kept in anonymized form — it can no longer be linked back to you — because we are legally required to retain it, or because it is needed for fraud prevention, financial audits and service security. This typically includes:
- Anonymized transaction and withdrawal records required by tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Security logs (e.g. failed login attempts) required to protect other users.
- Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.
These records do not contain your name, email, Google ID, device ID or any other direct identifier.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt, as required by applicable data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA and equivalent frameworks). In-app deletions are usually completed within minutes.
After deletion
- You will no longer be able to sign in to Dramax with the same credentials.
- Any coin balance associated with the account is forfeited unless you withdraw it before deletion.
- If you later install Dramax again, a brand-new account will be created.
